What availability do we offer?
Havethree different plans that varydepending on the length of stay:

The minimum, which would beone month, this plan is highly advisable to those people who come for a work project, vacation, a temporary stayor they simply want to have the flexibility to move in the short term.

One semester, isideal for those people that come of Erasmus, they are of practices in companies, studying for a semester or simply because they have a return date, therefore they do not need to pay the entire year.

And finally, the most conventional thing that is one year.
All these options can be combined with each other. (Ex: If you need to stay for 7 months, you can consume 1 semester and 1 month, with their respective rates), this it is a big advantage since you will save the months that you don't need and at the same time to have the flexibility to be able to modulate the period of stay.
Importantly, the period of stay can always be extended, but never shortened.
The contracts:

The contractsThey will be established according to the duration of the stay and are mandatory (Ex: If you have signed for 6 months, the 6 months will be charged without exceptions).

To guarantee a correct stay, what was agreed in the contract will have to be fulfilled (Care and conservation of furniture, neighborhood rules, rules of coexistence and respect, hygiene rules, etc...)

It will be deposited as guarantee: 1 month of deposit and another month of guarantee for conservation of furniture and facilities.
(*) In case of breach of contract by the tenants,HOM.ESTATE reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, with the consequent loss of the deposit.
